Waiho bridge falls down

WALT: Write a recount.

Waiho bridge in Franz Joseph falls down from the heavy rain
coming from the west coast. The bridge was washed away on
Tuesday the 26 March at 5pm. It was lucky that it was closed
off at the time it fell. but apparently some cars cross it just before
it fell and were lucky enough to not get sweeped down with it. w

At 5pm the Waiho bridge fell it broke When the water got really
high it made the bridge fall down into the icy cold water.  and
storm was extremely strong.

Police and other emergency vehicles came to help out.

When it fell it look like dominoes falling over. Many roads were
closed in the west coast.

i In some parts of the Westland face had 800 millimeters of rain!!!!!
